This Saturday: Pro-life Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA

Pro-life advocates from across the country are coming to Tinseltown to see some of the best pro-life-themed films conveying what Hollywood typically forgets in its movies — a respect for life.

With numerous meet and greet opportunities, industry insiders discussion panel, and exclusive screenings of award winning films, pro-life advocates who attend Life Fest will get a front row seat to some of the best pro-life filmmaking around. This year Life Fest Film Festival will be held on April 16th 2011, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

“Life Fest is the film festival dedicated to showcasing films that reinforce the intrinsic worth of innocent human life, and the profound significance of each life,” sponsors say. “Our mission is to encourage the production and distribution of excellent pro-life film and communication.”

Like Dandelion Dust, a new film Starring Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino, Golden Globe Nominee Barry Pepper (Saving Private Ryan) and Cole Hauser will have an exclusive screening with a Producer Q&A to follow. Submission categories include: Script Competition; Feature; Shorts; Short Shorts; Commercial/Mobile Shorts.
