Thank you! Thanks to e-mails and phone calls from SBA List activists across the country, the Defense Authorization Bill failed to reach the 60 votes it needed to advance. U.S. Senators heard the message that the American people are resoundingly against any bill that would turn military bases into abortion clinics.
Our military hospitals are meant to save lives, not destroy them!
The fight is not over. The bill is back to the drawing board, and we’ll need all hands on deck to ensure that the consciences of military physicians and taxpayers are protected.
