Washington, D.C. –  Today Susan B. Anthony List’s Candidate Fund PAC announced its endorsement of Congressman Don Bacon for re-election in Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District.

Don Bacon was first elected to Congress in 2016. He is a cosponsor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the Preventing Maternal Deaths Act, and the Conscience Protection Act, as well as legislation to stop taxpayer funding of abortion.  

Bacon is a former United States Air Force Brigadier General, serving from 1985-2014. During his service, he received the Distinguished Service Medal, two Legion of Merit awards, two Bronze Stars, and was selected as Europe’s top Air Force wing commander in 2009.He and his wife Angie and their four children live in Papillion, Nebraska.
