Washington, D.C. – Today the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) announced its endorsement of Kimberlin Brown Pelzer for U.S. House of Representatives in California’s 36th district, challenging incumbent Congressman Raul Ruiz (D). The primary election will take place on June 5, 2018.
“Susan B. Anthony List enthusiastically endorses Kimberlin Brown Pelzer, a fearless pro-life advocate,” said former congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave, SBA List’s Vice President of Government Affairs. “Kimberlin is accustomed to standing up for her values in Hollywood and will not be intimidated by the abortion lobby. While her opponent is an extremist who supports taxpayer-funded abortion on demand up to birth, Kimberlin will be an outspoken champion of innocent unborn children and their mothers. We urge pro-life Californians to support her.”
Brown Pelzer accepted the endorsement saying:
“I am proud to receive Susan B. Anthony List’s endorsement. California is known for some of the most outrageous pro-abortion laws and politicians in the country. Not only are they out of step with most Americans, they leave pro-life Californians disenfranchised and without a voice. Together with our pro-life president, I look forward to fighting for change in Washington.”
Kimberlin Brown Pelzer is an actress, philanthropist, and business owner. Best known for her prominent role in CBS’s award winning international soap operas, she was a featured speaker at the 2016 Republican National Convention in 2016. She is also a proud wife and mother.
Brown Pelzer and her husband Gary have built several successful businesses. She also owns and personally operates her own design company, K. Brown Design. Brown Pelzer built her companies from the ground up and now employs more than 100 Californians.
