Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Reince Priebus to Receive Pro-life Awards
Washington, D.C – This morning the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List announced the details and speakers for their eighth annual Campaign for Life Gala and Summit. Both events will take place next Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will address SBA List supporters at the Summit on Thursday morning. That evening, Carly Fiorina will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies at the Gala, keynoted by Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC), lead sponsor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act in the U.S. Senate. Freshman Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will receive awards for their pro-life leadership.

Previous Campaign for Life keynote speakers include Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR), Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Gov. Mike Pence (R-IN), Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R-MN), Sen. Fred Thompson (R-TN), and Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA).
The Susan B. Anthony List and its Political Action Committees, the SBA List Candidate Fund and Women Speak Out PAC, spent $15.25 million in the 2014 election cycle to defeat pro-abortion incumbents and elect pro-life candidates to federal and statewide office.
