SBA List Ground Team Has Visited 100,000+ Homes of NC Voters This Cycle
Washington, D.C. – Today the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) and its partner super PAC, Women Speak Out PAC (WSO), announced that longtime pro-life leader Tami Fitzgerald will serve as the groups’ North Carolina state chair for the 2020 election cycle.
Fitzgerald previously served as WSO’s state director and is also executive director of NC Values Coalition.
Tami Fitzgerald and SBA List/WSO spokeswoman Mallory Quigley will be available for interviews from North Carolina on Friday, February 28 (tomorrow). To schedule, please contact email@example.com.
“Tami Fitzgerald has been one of our strongest allies in the Tar Heel State during past campaigns and we’re excited to work together to leverage the pro-life vote in 2020,” said Mallory Quigley, national spokeswoman for SBA List and Women Speak Out PAC. “SBA List’s ground team has already visited more than 100,000 homes across North Carolina to defeat abortion extremists and elect pro-life leaders, using our focused, battle-tested voter outreach method. With Tami at the helm, we will reach key voters who can deliver the margin of victory for President Trump and local pro-life champions Senator Thom Tillis and Dan Forest on Election Day.”
“I am excited to lead SBA List’s North Carolina team as part of the most ambitious pro-life ground game in history,” said Fitzgerald. “Just days ago Democrats in the U.S. Senate blocked popular legislation to stop painful late-term abortions and protect babies born alive. Every Democratic candidate for president supports abortion on demand through birth, paid for by taxpayers, and even infanticide – just like our current Governor Roy Cooper. Their agenda stands in stark contrast to the pro-life leadership of President Trump, Senator Tillis, and Lt. Gov. Forest, as well as the will of North Carolinians. We will work tirelessly to ensure every pro-life voice is heard at the ballot box.”
Earlier this month SBA List and WSO announced plans for the 2020 Campaign in North Carolina at press conferences in Raleigh and Greensboro. The comprehensive effort to re-elect President Trump and Senator Thom Tillis, and to elect Dan Forest governor will include boots on the ground, voter contact mail, phone calls, and digital ads, and is part of the organization’s overall $52 million budget for the 2020 cycle.
The SBA List ground team has already visited more than 100,000 homes across North Carolina and more than 700,000 homes nationally for the 2020 cycle.
In addition to North Carolina, the field team is currently active in Arizona and Florida. The team will expand in phases to Iowa, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin and will make four million visits to voters overall before Election Day.
SBA List is a network of more than 837,000 pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.
