SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser to Attend Hearing; SBA List’s Mallory Quigley will Speak at Women for Kavanaugh Rally

Washington, D.C. –  Today Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser will attend the hearing in which the Senate Judiciary Committee will hear testimony from Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.

SBA List’s Vice President of Communications, Mallory Quigley will speak at the Women for Kavanaugh “I Stand with Brett” rally this morning at 8:30 a.m. at the park behind the Russell Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill.

“Over the last six weeks, Susan B. Anthony List and the Pro-life Court Coalition have made more than 30 stops across 7 states rallying grassroots support for Judge Kavanaugh and urging Senate Democrats to vote to confirm him to the Supreme Court,” said Quigley. “Grassroots support for Judge Kavanaugh is strong and steady, especially in battlegrounds like Missouri, North Dakota, Montana, West Virginia, and Indiana. As many as 76 percent of voters in these states want their Democrat senator to vote to confirm Kavanaugh. We are thankful Dr. Ford will have the opportunity to be heard and that Judge Kavanaugh will be able to respond to these and any other claims made against him. We ask the Judiciary Committee to proceed quickly to a vote on this exceptionally qualified nominee.”

Susan B. Anthony List and its partner super PAC, Women Speak Out spent more than $18 million in the 2016 election cycle, visiting more than 1.1 million homes in battleground states to defeat Hillary Clinton and maintain a pro-life Senate. SBA List is dedicated to pursuing policies and electing candidates who will reduce and ultimately end abortion. To that end, SBA List emphasizes the education, promotion, mobilization, and election of pro-life women. SBA List is a network of more than 690,000 pro-life Americans nationwide.
