Second Planned Parenthood Video Reveals Violations

A pro-life group has revealed another video of a Planned Parenthood worker caught on tape offering to help underage prostitutes get abortions.

The video shows undercover members of the group Live Action posing as a pimp and prostitute at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Richmond, Va.

The pair told an employee at the facility they needed help getting abortions for teenage sex workers. The Planned Parenthood worker responded by telling them how to get around Virginia’s parental notification laws, which require consent for a minor to get an abortion.

“For someone who’s a minor, that’s a really good option,” the worker said. “We do them like once or twice a month here. We’re pretty good at handling if someone doesn’t want someone else to know.”

A coalition of pro-life groups will hold a webcast tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET in response to the latest Planned Parenthood controversy. Stay with CBNNews.com for streaming of the event.

The pro-life Susan B. Anthony List has challenged Planned Parenthood to publicly explain the recent violations caught on tape.

Earlier this week, Live Action released video of a similar sting at a Planned Parenthood clinic in New Jersey.

“Planned Parenthood is scrambling to do damage control and still failing to answer charges of illicit activity,” Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser said.

“The organization receives large subsidies from the federal government — the American taxpayer — and now refuses to publicly address these charges,” she continued.

Planned Parenthood said it notified authorities in the New Jersey case and fired the manager involved. Still, pro-life groups aren’t satisfied.

Planned Parenthood receives almost $350 million in tax dollars.

The SBA List and a coalition of pro-life leaders will host a webcast Thursday night to discuss the videos and encourage activists to contact their local members of Congress about defunding Planned Parenthood.
