Pro-Life Ground Team Has Visited the Homes of 338,000+ AZ Voters to Expose Kelly’s Pro-Abortion Record
Washington, D.C. – Today the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) criticized U.S. Senator Mark Kelly’s (D-AZ) pro-abortion record ahead of a U.S. Senate vote on the so called “Women’s Health Protection Act”, legislation that would expand abortion until the moment of birth and block new and existing pro-life laws. Kelly is an original co-sponsor of the bill.
A poll of likely voters conducted by OnMessageInc. and released this week by SBA List finds that a strong majority of Americans in battleground states, including Arizona, reject abortion on demand until the moment of birth and support a 15-week limit on abortion. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R) signed legislation this year that would save an estimated 900 lives annually by stopping late abortions after 15 weeks, a point when science shows unborn children feel pain.
SBA List previously announced it will score against the bill and sent a memo to Capitol Hill detailing the bill’s extreme provisions.

“Senator Mark Kelly is an extremist, joining Biden and Schumer in pushing a radical pro-abortion agenda that Arizonans strongly reject. The deeply unpopular, deceptively named ‘Women’s Health Protection Act’ would wipe away virtually all pro-life protections in the states – including democratically enacted laws in Arizona to stop lethal discrimination abortions and late abortions after 15 weeks when unborn children feel pain – and would establish a federal right to abortion on demand until the moment of birth, a policy that that puts the United States in line with China and North Korea on late-term abortion.
“Kelly is dramatically out of step with constituents. Our field team is visiting hundreds of thousands of Arizona voters to educate them about his record and ensure he is held accountable on election night.”
Kelly was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2020. During his time in the Senate, he has supported a radical abortion agenda and has an F on SBA List’s National Pro-Life Scorecard. Earlier this year, SBA List launched a $1 million ad campaign in Arizona exposing Kelly’s extremism.
The SBA List and Women Speak Out PAC field team has boots on the ground in Arizona and has visited over 338,500 homes to discuss Kelly’s record on life with Arizona voters. This election cycle, SBA List and its entities plan to spend $73 million. This includes reaching eight million voters across battleground states – four million directly at their doors – to take back the U.S. House and Senate.
