Legislative Assistant & Coalitions Coordinator
Daniel West serves as the Legislative Assistant & Coalitions Coordinator for Susan B. Anthony List. In this role, he provides direct support to the federal and state policy teams with research and capacity-building responsibilities and special projects.
Beginning his career on Capitol Hill, Daniel brings a unique perspective having worked in both state-based and DC legislative roles. He also has experience working in the non-profit sphere with a focus in religious freedom, with continued interest and study in the intersection of faith and public policy.
A thread found through prior roles and carrying into his work at SBA List is an emphasis on the cause of human dignity, especially through the lens of faith. Daniel calls California home, roots for Baylor sports, and resides in Washington D.C. where he seeks to invest in local ministry and community.
