Carol Miller


Carol Miller has represented West Virginia's 3rd District since 2019. Prior to her time in Congress she served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017 and served as the first female Majority Whip. In Congress she is a cosponsor of the Support and Value Expectant Moms and Babies Act, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Congresswoman Miller and her husband Matt own and operate a bison farm in Huntington, WV. They have two children and five grandchildren.
