Zoller Looks to Rock and Roll

Radio talk show host Martha Zoller is running to represent Georgia’s 9th District and add to the ranks of pro-life women in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Martha Zoller was born in Columbus, Georgia and attended college at the University of Georgia, where she studied journalism.  After a career in business, she started her radio career in 1994 as co-host on the Mid-Day program and worked her way up, earning multiple awards eventually starting her own statewide syndicated show.

As a pro-life candidate, Martha Zoller has urged Congress to pass pro-life legislation such as the D.C. Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and applauded the Georgia Legislature for passing the “Fetal Pain Bill.”  Her support for Life led to her earning the endorsement of pro-life organizations like the Susan B. Anthony List and Georgia Right to Life, as well as pro-life heroes Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich.  Her race has gained national attention, with groups like FreedomWorks and the Tea Party Express backing Zoller.

Following a closely fought primary, Zoller will once again take on Georgia State Rep. Doug Collins in a runoff on August 21st.  In the primary, Collins received 41.8 percent of the vote followed closely by Zoller, with 41.14 percent.  “There were people that were supporting my opponent that said they were going to crush me. Well I am not crushed. I am ready to fight, and I am ready to rock and roll,” Zoller said.

On August 21, Georgians have an important opportunity to nominate Martha Zoller to be their next Representative and add to the growing number of pro-life women in Washington! It’s critical that we send women leaders like Martha to D.C. so that they can defend the unborn with passion and empathy!
