NARAL "Blog For Choice Day:" FIGHT BACK!

This Friday, January 21st marks NARAL’s Sixth Annual “Blog For Choice Day.” NARAL explains that this day “gets more people reading and talking about reproductive rights online on one of the most important days surrounding a woman’s right to choose: the Roe anniversary.”

NARAL goes on to warn about the new Congress, revealing our true victories last November. At least they are honest that we cleaned their clocks in November. As they so kindly observe, Speaker Boehner and Rep. Joe Pitts (Chair of Energy Subcommittee on Health). They also discuss our gains at the state levels, including several new pro-life governors (many women) and more pro-life state legislatures.

Pro-life activist Jill Stanek has come up with an entirely appropriate response to NARAL’s actions: “Ask Them What They Mean When They Say ‘Choice’ Blog Day,” to be held this Friday, Jaunary 21st as well.

Jill explains the idea best:

The idea is simple. Any time any of us reads pro-aborts spouting their obscure “choice” rhetoric on a blog, website,Facebook, or Twitter, we call them out on it. We ask them to explain what the “choice” is.

Is it to eat carrots rather than broccoli? To wear red instead of blue? No, of course “choice” is code for killing babies. What’s their problem with the A-word?

Yes, this is a shameless scheme to suck oxygen out of the pro-aborts’ social media universe, to deny them any time whatsoever to support abortion without defending it.

Over 20 pro-life blogs have gotten behind Jill to promote this great answer to NARAL’s sick celebration. If you have a blog and would like to get involved, please do! And if anything, please call out NARAL this Friday for hijacking of the word “choice” and their deception over their true intentions.

NARAL seeks to promote abortions and make sure that “reproductive rights” are put ahead of the most basic human right. Do not let them get away with it!
