Have you donated to the SBA List in the last 18 months through the mail or internet? 

If the answer is yes, then you are already a member and can access your unique username and password!

Just type in your last name and Member ID number below.  You will be taken to a screen where you can confirm your name and zip code to receive your user ID and password.  You can find your 5-7 digit Member ID number on your last piece of SBA mail.  Its located on the reply form.
