James Bell is the Legislative Liaison and Outreach Coordinator for the Susan B. Anthony List. He is responsible for tracking federal legislation and educating members of the SBA List on current initiatives in both Congress and the White House. He is also in charge of building relationships with pro-life leaders in Congress and other pro-life organizations.

James Bell was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area and attended the University of Dallas, a Catholic liberal arts college in Texas. After graduating in 2007 with a double major in English and History, James became a corporate trainer for a sales firm in Dallas. He spent weekends volunteering as a sidewalk counselor. He returned to his home state of Virginia in 2009.
