Vote for Life in the Race for RNC Chair

Americans for Tax Reform is hosting a debate between the candidates for RNC Chairman on January 5, 2009.   They are accepting suggestions for debate questions from the public, but only the most popular questions will get asked.  Grassroots activists must vote for the questions they want answered.

So make sure to go here to vote for the SBA List question about Life!  You need to register first, but it only takes a few seconds to sign up.  If enough pro-lifers vote for this question, we will ensure one of the first questions to the candidates is about how they will reach pro-life voters and support pro-life candidates.

Our question:

The majority of Americans support commonsense restrictions on abortion, like parental consent laws, banning partial birth abortion, and preventing the use of taxpayer dollars to fund abortion on-demand. In other words, the opposite of President-Elect Obama's extreme abortion agenda. What will you do to 1) encourage and support strong pro-life candidates and 2)reach out to pro-life voters?

Earlier this year the GOP implemented the strongest pro-life plank in history, but leadership will be key.  It is important to ensure the party chairman recognizes the importance of protecting women and unborn children from the tragedy of abortion.

As the GOP determines its future course, let's do our part to ensure it remains a leading supporter of the pro-life cause.
