The Susan B. Anthony List is proud to introduce the fourteen pro-life Congresswomen of the 110th Congress. The 2006 elections were tough for many candidates, but the 110th Congress still gained TWO NEW outstanding pro-life women to serve in the United States House of Representatives. The number of pro-life women in Congress now stands at 13.
These women are all incredibly talented leaders who share the pro-woman, pro-life message. Through their efforts within the halls of Congress to get critical pro-life legislation implemented, they will work to dispel the myth that women's rights and abortion rights are one in the same. The Susan B. Anthony List recognizes that when women speak out against abortion, their voices are heard -- and they can make a great difference.
