Rebecca Kleefisch, Wisconsin Lt. Governor

Rebecca Kleefisch was elected as Wisconsin’s Lieutenant Governor on November 2, 2010. During this election she was endorsed by Wisconsin Right to Life, Pro-Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Family PAC. In August 2010, Kleefisch was diagnosed with colon cancer and had a tumor removed just 12 days prior to winning the state’s primary election. Two days after her November election, Kleefisch began chemotherapy treatment and is now cancer free. A former news anchor with a passion for politics, Rebecca Kleefish has served as Wisconsin’s “Jobs Ambassador” and heads the Governor’s Small Business Summits. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the proud mother of two daughters.
