Barbara Comstock was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund on July 21, 2014. Prior to running for Congress, Barbara served in the Virginia House of Delegates where she has fought for the right to life as a lawmaker. Barbara also served as a trusted aide to Congressman Frank Wolf, where she became Chief Counsel on the largest House committee investigating waste, fraud, and abuse. Barbara faces pro-abortion candidate John Foust in November.

Terri Lynn Land | U.S. Senate, Michigan

Terri Lynn Land was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List on June 18th, 2014. Terri has served as Michigan’s Secretary of State and Kent County Clerk, she was endorsed by SBA List in 2002 when she first elected to serve as Secretary of State. Terri grew up in the family business started by her grandparents and today, Terri and her sond own a small property management company together. Terri also served as a member of the Republican National Committee from 2012 to 2014 and has received the endorsement of  Right to Life of Michigan Political Action Committee. Terri Lynn Land will face Congressman Gary Peters (D) in November. Peters has received endorsements from Planned Parenthood and NARAL.

Darlene Senger | Illinois’ 11th Congressional District

Darlene Senger was endorsed by the Susa. B. Anthony List on June 18, 2014. Darlene was first elected as an Illinois State Representative in 2008. As a State Representative, Darlene Senger sponsored a bill to amend the state’s Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act to ensure that surgical abortion clinics are held to the same standard as any other outpatient surgical center. She has been endorsed by Illinois Federation for Right to Life for the congressional race. Senger won the Republican primary on March 18th with 37% of the vote. Darlene Senger’s opponent, Rep. Bill Foster, is endorsed by NARAL and Illinois Planned Parenthood Council.

Thom Tillis | U.S. Senate, North Carolina

Thom Tillis was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund on June 18, 2014. Thom was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2006 and currently serves as Speaker of the House. He formerly served as the NC House Republican Whip. On May 6th he won the Republican Primary with 45.7% of the vote. Prior to serving in elected office, Rep. Tillis held a successful business career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, North Carolina’s largest bank, and IBM. Rep. Tillis has been endorsed by National Right to Life and holds a 100% pro-life voting record. Tillis’ opponent, Sen. Kay Hagan, has been endorsed by EMILY’s List, and has a 0% National Right to Life score.

Patrice Douglas | Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District

Patrice Douglas was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund on June 18, 2014. Patrice was elected as Mayor of Edmond, Oklahoma, in 2009, and served two terms. She was then appointed by Gov. Mary Fallin to serve as Oklahoma State Corporation Commissioner and she serves on the Executive Committee of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. Prior to serving in elected office, Douglas served as the President of Spirit Bank and Executive Vice President of First Fidelity Bank, as well as Vice President and General Counsel for ACP Metal. Patrice Douglas will compete in the June 24 Republican Primary for this open congressional seat.

Curt Clawson | Florida’s 19th Congressional District

Curt Clawson was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List on June 18, 2014.He is a business leader who served as CEO of Hayes Lemmerz International, an automotive-wheel manufacturer, and as COO of American National Can, a worldwide beverage can manufacturer. Curt will face April Freeman on the June 24th special general election. Freeman and Clawson will face each other once against in the November 4 general election. Freeman, is a supporter of  EMILY’s List and serves as the President of the Ft. Myers/Naples chapter of the National Organization for Women.

Joni Ernst was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund on April 3rd, 2014. Senator Ernst was first elected to the Iowa Senate in 2011 and serves as Assistant Minority Leader. In addition, she serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Iowa Army National Guard and served one tour of duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has received the endorsements of incumbent Iowa Lt. Leslie Rutledge was endorsed by the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund on May 6th, 2014. Leslie is an Arkansas lawyer who has spent her career in public service as a prosecutor. In addition, Leslie has served as Deputy Counsel to the Office of Governor Mike Huckabee, Deputy Counsel for Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign, Deputy Counsel at the National Republican Congressional Committee, and Counsel for the Republican National Committee. She has received the endorsement of Governor Mike Huckabee. Attorney General Dustin McDaniel (D) is term-limited. Leslie Rutledge will compete in the Republican primary runoff on June 10.
